The best! Who was it? Angelo… I asked a young staff member where the corn on the cob was from well a fellow came out and explained it was from Scotland Ontario… Best darn corn I’ve had this year I’m sure it’s just going to keep getting better God bless our farmers and the food

Zito's is a great Italian market in the heart of the city. Stop in for an espresso or a slice of pizza which is delicious btw. Been coming here for the passed 5yrs and it never disappoints.

Always the best of the best of fruits and vegatables. Also a long time customer of there Pacjaged 4/5 burgers in house and there Chicken cutlet packages in there frozen bunker. The Hot table is always a hit as well.

We've ordered catering from them twice. Lasgna, veal, chicken, potatoes, vegetables, sausages, etc. For the food you get and the quality, it is worth every penny. I have a lot of food sensitivity issues and I got none from eating A LOT of their food. Everything tastes like homemade Italian food and being Italian I know my stuff. These guys have a customer for life. I hope Zito's has continued success and I will be going back for all my catering needs.

Lovely little local market. Highly recommend their fruits, any time of year. Staff are friendly, and will start to recognize you if you are a frequent visitor. They are helpful too, if you need something that's not out they'll grab it for you. If you let them know a product isn't stellar, they'll replace it or report it to the boss. Hot table is excellent quality--you are paying for quality folks, food made with care and with attention to ingredients and detail. I highly recommend. Zito's doesn't have to be your main source of groceries but at least make it your main source for fruits and lasagna!

My family and I have shopped at Zito's since they opened, and love shopping there! Plenty of exotic Italian foods you can't find in your average grocery store. The staff are really great and very attentive to their customers wants and needs as well as their customers time. They have an Outstanding hot table if it's lunch and you're feeling hungry. I recommend their pizza! If you're in this neck of the woods and are looking for a great Mom and Pop grocery store, stop by and drop in; it's well worth it.

This establishment is run by friendly, helpful, and professional people. As you step in the door you are treated like family. The produce and products are fresh and top quality. The olive oil is the best you can buy in the city. The hot food items are amazing! The food tasted like meals prepared in Italy. Outstanding place to shop!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

The perfect Italian grocery store and got table...worth your time

The Marleeville neighbourhood is so fortunate to have such a wonderful store at which to buy Italian groceries and prepared foods terrific daily tavola calda, by the way. Most of the offerings are imported from Italy and many are hard to find. In the fall, the tomatoes and peppers for preserving are outstanding. Well worth a visit!
