Zillay Beauty Salon is the only salon that cuts my hair the way I want. I was never satisfied with my previous haircuts until I met Zillay. She is a really good business owner. She is a hard-worker, affordable, kind and will not let you leave until you are satisfied with her service. She spent hours on my hair to give me the perfect colour and make me happy. Zillay is amazing!!! She was able to make room for both my 2 kids and myself for threading. It was all of our first time having eyebrow threading done and she was very patient and kind, especially with my son! I've been on the hunt for a new hair dresser since mine retired and guess what?!?! I found my new one : Zillay listened to me about what I like and what I don't like, is a genius with putting layers into long and thick hair!! 5 stars all around and we will definitely be returning. I had a facial, deep hair conditioning treatment and a blow dry. To be honest, I was very pleased because my hair became frizz-free and soft after the treatment. I came to the salon with the hope that they would cut my hair unrealistically cool, but when I went in I was horrified to see that the salon had a lot of unsanitary conditions, it was very dirty and smelled terrible, I asked to cut the ends, she offered me to wash my hair, but I refused because I had disgusting, she asked what length I should leave, I showed her how it should be, she turned me away from the mirror and started cutting, she combed my hair very painfully, and casually pushed my head, which was not acceptable for me, she began to offer me services, eyebrows and nails. Of course, I refused, despite my thick hair, she finished too quickly, when I saw that my hair was brim I wanted to cry, I could hardly hold back my tears, she offered me a quick styling and a slow one, I chose a fast one because everything is charged. 5 minutes have passed, and she says that everything is ready, the result is terrible. Outcome: Hair is crooked, and wet, and too short.Service: Hairstyling
