Very nice Zara store! There is a security guard at the front for theft prevention It’s a nice touch The store was renovated not long ago, so it’s nice and fresh They always have nice, trendy clothes that make my girlfriend go nuts :P

Horrible place, the staff are completely unprofessional, spent their time goofing off and talking to eachother. One of them tried out a pair of underwear in front of the registers with the rest shouting and making noises while ignoring all the customers in the store. Another didnt know how to check inventory and gave an attitude the entire time. Zara is a great brand but shop elsewhere...

I was at the Zara store on 16 feb 2018 .. poor poor customer service.. I almost spend 150$ in a store there were 2 or 3 girls working all of them was very rude I ask them to check the price and on a 1 item check the availability on other store and they refuse .. on the cash register I hv around 6 items and the girls was so rude she put all my items on a smal dam bag was about to explode I ask she a bigger bad and she look at me like I ask her a i billion $ looks like all 3 girls was on the monthly period... never gona go back to that store .. I love Zara my 96% of clothes is frm Zara .. but I will never gona go back to CARREFOUR LAVAL store 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
