Boutique WLKN - Carrefour Laval

Ordered online. Shipped me a shirt that was dirty and looked/smelt worn. Refused to rectify or take ownership of situation. Avoid ordering online at all costs.

Return policy is unacceptable! Marc Andre at the carrefour Laval store is non cooperative. We bought shoes and not even one hour after we changed our minds and found out they don’t refund. I don’t believe that in 2019 this is accepted. I will be filing a complaint with la protection de consommateur and calling the head office. People should be aware of this and not shop at this store.

WLKN is the mecca of the 450 swag yo! Love the brand they carry. However, I feel like they had way more cooler stuff a few years back. In addition, their sales reps are funny, love seeing someone doing a hard sale.
