The worst customer care you can have in your life,the staff is very aggressive and rude. Paid 300$ snowsuit for my son 2 months ago.the zip broken completely after 5 weeks.shortly they’re not helpful at all after 3 days of wasting time and discussions nothing was resolved as expected since they brought me a used snowsuit which is wrong size and looks terrible and they told me use it for 3 weeks till we fix the zip. When I said this’s doesn’t fit my son ,they said take it or leave it ,this is the one we have now plus we can’t pay the delivery twice to bring you another one. I’ll never get back there.

I bought a pair of pants, the size is 12, but the size is wrong, I ca n’t put it on, and it ’s not returned, I have a bad attitude, I wish this company goes bankrupt as soon as possible

Refund policy is very bad. Only 15 days and when I tried to call customer service they never replied!

Nice staff helpful, I thought they would have more things on outdoor cloths for very young kids.
