G-Star RAW Store

The girl i spoke on the phone was a sweetheart, i get to the store 30km from my house and another girl was there which was rude with no reason. She had such a bad attitude then a super hero name Marco save the day...thank you again Marco for changing the taste of my experience...i will be back!

By far the best service I've EVERRRR had. I had called to reserve a pair of pants that I was looking to get and immediately over the phone I felt very welcome. Stepping into the store was great, it was a quick stop & buy but during the time I was there I felt very comfortable, the sales person gave me tips on how to take care of my Elwood x25 Royal Tartan. No doubt about it, I'm forever a fan of the Gstar brand thanks to that sales person. If anyone says anything otherwise they're talking crap!

Excellent service! J'ai passé plus d'une heure avec Marco, première fois chez G-Star Raw, j'ai non seulement reçu d'excellentes explications et conseils, mais il a su prendre tout le temps nécessaires pour répondre à toutes mes questions. Malgré le fait que je n'ai rien acheter puisqu'il n'y avais pas les bonne couleurs en magasins, il c'est montré courtois jusqu'à la fin! Chapeau! J'y retournerai a cou^t sûr pour mes achats futurs.

Très mauvaise expérience! Le propriétaire/gérant est vraiment antipathique! Ne dit pas bonjour, hautain et en plus ne respecte pas la charte de Gstar car sur le site il est indiqué qu'on peut rendre des items en succursales mais lui les refuse!!!! Je n'y retournerai pas!!!!
