Used to love this place. But now they have increased the prices and they give lesser quantity than before. I ordered 2 chicken karahi, thinking it will be enough for3- 4 people. Pricey for the small portion given. It was delicious but not enough. It comes with roti, roti was too thick. 3 stars because it tastes good.
Don't waste your time here. In one dish, they had 3 ridiculous problems. The dish was a chicken keema naan. 1. In 3 of the pics, you can see that half the naan started burning and the other half was raw and doughy. 2. In the other 2 pics, you'll see that there is almost no stuffing. 3. Chicken keema means ground chicken. This is not ground chicken. This is the same chicken from chicken biryani. I'm sorry but this is a poor excuse for a dish.
I took their kabab platter. All kababs were good specially the lamb chop grills. Inside of the store was bit cold. They should improve their heating specially they should put a heater near entrance.
Had Iftar really disappointed, food was not fresh and tasteless , and surprised to have falooda milk with roh afzah and some noddles
Been coming here for years! First time dining in post Covid. Halwa puri was great! Love their chicken tawa keema! Have tried many of their other dishes too
05OCT22 Terrific dinner tonight: chilli chicken, vegetable biryani and naan. again! 27SEPT22 My original plan was for some butter chicken, but after I arrived, I noticed a Lunch Special for $14.99 11:30am-3pm. That was it. I changed my mind. Lunch thali it would be. It's a fixed item plate no substitutes but the items aren't always the same. Today's offering: tandoori chicken, chicken korma, rice, channah masala, mixed vegetables, salad and naan. A perfect variety, especially for those of you not familiar with Indian fare. Ended the meal with an order of kheer Indian rice pudding topped with crushed almonds. Another 5 meal! 29MAY22 In the neighborhood today, so I thought I'd pop in for some takeout. Chose the veal biryani, extra spicy. And you know? Their takeout is just as good as their dine-in. My order was ready in about 10 minutes - couldn't wait to get home to eat it! Still 5s! 16MAY22 My friend and I dined in for lunch today: saag, beef curry, mixed vegetables, steamed rice and naan. Such a treat! Love this place! Ordered extra saag and rice to take home! And Zuhaib was a most gracious host! Upgrading to a 5 rating. 09FEB21 Ordered boneless chicken biryani through Skip the Dishes. My previous entry was from 2 years ago and so good to say that the quality, taste and value is still amazing! 15JAN19 Incredibly delicious food sizzling meat platter, onion naan, shrimp pakora and bright, clean dining area. Staff could learn how how to be a tad friendlier - smiles go a lonnng way! Reasonable prices.
I recently visited Zam Zam Tikka and Kabab and found that the food can be hit or miss, with some dishes being either too spicy or too bland, even when making a special request. However, the service time at the restaurant is great and the food arrives at the time they tell you it will be ready. The biryani dish offers a good portion size for its price, which is a plus. Overall, I would give Zam Zam Tikka and Kabab a 3.5-star rating. While the food can be inconsistent, the efficient service and reasonable pricing make it worth a visit.
Zam Zam without any second thought is one of the best Pakistani / Indian food in Toronto. Every Dish i try is extremely yummy balanced in taste. I try most of everything. Zam zam Restautent is amazing experience. Food is heavenly yummy.. lamb karahi, saag, Tawa keema, and my super favourite is Till Naan, Lahori Choley and in weekend Poori Choley Halwa its the yummiest in this town. Lot of dishes i try and its all taste mind blowing and the management is fantastic specially Mohammad Bhai.. i dont think that any other restaurant can beat them in quality and standard of the yummiest dishes . I highly recommend everyone to visit there .. keep up the good work.. God bless you all 10 out of 5
Love this place - one of my favourite take-out spots in the area. The karahi chicken and saag are my go-tos. The karahi is packed with flavour and is super rich and oily….which I love. The garlic naan is hot and tasty every time and you get good portion sizes for what you pay. I think this place deserves way more stars. Gotto love the hole in the wall make delicious food that everyone can afford!
Gave us stale food. They charge you a ton but then gives you stale food. The lady was trying to convince us, the food is hot on the inside lol. They microwaved food that was made hours ago, clearly. Dishonest. They charge a lot but then give you stale food. My kids got a stomachache after eating their chicken.
