I had a fantastic time dealing with Mack’s Auto. Tim was the gentleman that I delt with at Mack’s and he was great, Very professional and very on top of my needs. Trust me I was a bit of a pain in his arse lol. I changed my mind mid-deal on the vechile I wanted. Tim was very accommodating and did not get frustrated when I did this. He found me the perfect SUV and I am one happy woman. There was absolutely NO pressure to purchase any vechile. Unlike other car dealers. Which was fantastic. I have already recommended Mack’s to my friends. Trust me they will take care of you.

Switched from simply auto to this... Says its a diffrent company however kept simply autos phone number and google profile. If its the same company then they lied to me, sold me a car that was broken and then didnt take responsibility to fix it.

Best place around! Very nice staff and the fact they gave me a 2nd chance to change my life around with a new baby now here. So much easier to get around! I couldn't thank these guys enough for there hard work and support through everything!

Don't buy from here... nothing that was promised was delivered... stuck with a piece of shot car that was stolen when I checked the history... I was told it was a rental... was not even in specter when bought sticker was put on as tie rod inner and outer gone... two tires had broken belts.. bent rim.. door panel not repaired.. car as an administrator key that last. It's the speed...etc...etc..

At the beginning I had a great experience with Ryan crocker, but after I had signed the paper work it seemed like the caring for my needs was no longer there. Very disappointing to say the least!
