My experiences has always been good but my 2 most recent visits, I saw someone I've never seen before. I believe she's newer than the rest. I wanted pink shellac with white French tip and instead she gave me white French tip with very light pink coating because "I didn't tell her and it's too late." She thought I had wanted pink French tip. I still ended up paying 30 but didn't tip. Praying I see someone else next time. 😬
