I had a wonderful experience. Ashley Burglund was my wax specialist and she was super knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend her, she was amazing!

I had such a GREAT experience when I came in. The receptionist was so friendly and my wax specialist, Ashley, was extremely professional and knowledgable. She made product recommendations for me that fit my needs and skin type. Very comfortable, pleasant experience! I will definitely be back.

I absolutely love the hard wax. Less painful than sugar waxing and strip wax. But I've been in twice and both times left with patches of unwanted hair. The girls here need to work on being thorough. These were not hard to reach areas. I hope to see improvement from these girls, but if I don't I'll have to get my waxing done else where. Update: 1/18/2017 So happy with the waxing experience I've had since this review. Thank you for working on being more thorough with all the hair being removed. You are in a very convenient place for me and I plan to come to you for all my hair removal needs.

Reception here rules, both gals are extremely friendly and helpful! (Ask them about wax passes) My girl Arsena was super fast and professional. Highly recommend this location.

Love this place! If your prone to breakouts after waxing or threading in the past, try the European Wax center! The wax is different and there is much less pain. The gals here are super professional, friendly, informative, and the place is really nice. Got my first brow wax free and I've already set up my next appointment. Super cool place, check it out ladies and gents.
