Northwest College Clackamas Campus

So far every time I have been there, they've done a wonderful job. The teachers are very attentive and helpful, they are nice and talkative. I have been happy with my hair cut and color each time. The only "problem " is the length of time it takes,but for the price your paying, it's worth it. 👍👍👍

Had a wonderful spa manicure. Worker was very social and did a very good job. I was very pleased with my resuilts

They do a great job on my boyfriend's hair, BUT I went in to get a regular manicure, and I can not endorse that side of the salon. The girl (almost graduated, so not new) was really nice after I started talking to her, but she literally swiped the file twice over each nail, dug at a little of the dried out, clear Polish for a few minutes until she realized she needed a new bottle, and then made even me nervous from her shaking putting on my polish, which (not to be rude but....) looked like one of the kids I nanny for did it. I know it's only $10, but come on. I probably will be going to the place down the street for $3 extra. I'm a very honest reviewer, because I rely on reviews when trying something new out. I hope this college continues to grow, and maybe in a few years I'll try again.

It is a hit or miss at this place. Some haircuts and colors have been amazing, others have been . . .ggaahh. Students are very unprofessional, lackadaisical, and have poor customer service skills. They do not have the proper communication skills, not talking to clients at all, asking questionable questions, or talking about themselves. Students not doing anything will sit in their chairs, gossiping, flirting, doing their own hair, etc. The last time I went here, a few years ago, she did such a poor job with both customer service, the color, and, cherry on top, forgot the cut (I had to remind her as she took off my apron, so she got mad at me- how little do you care about your clients? How lazy, immature, and just a plain disgrace) that I filed a complaint. I did not get an apology, no compensation, no response, no nothing. Reading other comments, I am disappointed that have not improved. I think it demonstrates how well they accept criticism and care about customers. Take the extra few minutes, find parking at Clackamas Town Center, and go to Phagans. It will save you tears and time.
