Oregon Hot Tub - Portland

We had them come out to service our old hot tub and They replaced the heater. over the next year we didn't use the hot tub often because it didn't seem to work right and we were very busy. I discovered that the seal on the pump was improperly reinstalled so we were leaking a lot of water. We also found the new heater leads grounded to the control box causing a short and some arcing. I expect better service for the amount of money we paid.
