Absolutely amazing experience here. Mum needed a new battery port for her S10 Lite. They ordered the part for next day delivery and had it fixed in less than 24 hours, when other shops around the city had said it would take a week. So grateful. Such nice people too.
The most professional and honest repair place in Calgary. It was less expensive than having the phone company fix the phone. I had insurance with Fido for physical damage paying $20 a month and they wouldn't fix my physically damaged phone. YYC Repairs had the back of my phone fixed in two hours and I was a walk in customer. Can't speak highly enough about how quick and low cost the repair was. Thank you YYC Repairs
Well you went from 5 stars 5 months ago to one if only we could give 0 stars. Use to be the place i always went to for my cell phone issues. Use to be great service and good prices. Well now you got some dude the one with piercing and tatoos all over his face. Came in to have you solder on a charging port because you you only had the port by it self. Ask how much he says 30or 40 couldn't be bothered to look it up and if me the actual price. thats crazy i can buy a whole new one attached and all for 20 he looks at me and say man i dont make the prices i just work here. Well maybe you shouldnt be. Last time im coming there. Ill wait give days to get the whole thing for 18from amazon thanks. Worst service and attitude ever
Great customer service. My phone charger port wasn't charging well and they cleaned it out for me without making me feel bad. They have tons of parts and it looks like they could fix just about anything phone related. Highly recommend!
Awesome Job!!! Went for iPhone back glass replacement, got it back within 2 hours and perfect on the edge and glass. other stores either need to wait long time for getting the parts or up sale you with worry that other components might not working during repair Super happy with my phone back like new. Thanks YYC Repairs!!
Really great experiences here. I've had a phone serviced here a few times not because it wasnt fixed properly, but because I kept breaking it lol. These people are honest and not here to rip you off. They're fast and their customer service is excellent. Definitely recommend
Disappointing experience, I had the back of my iPhone 12 Pro Max fixed due to it being cracked. I live an hour away from Calgary and by the time I got home my phone was overheating. I called the next day and told them about it, they said I have a 30 day warranty. I wasn’t able to make it in that period of time due to work, I called a bit after the 30 day warranty and asked if they would be able to look at my phone under warranty still, they said no and that I would be charged again. Phone worked fine prior to getting it fixed and now it overheats several times a day. Edit to respond to YYC repairs since there is no way to respond. The options you suggested wouldn’t work for me. All things aside Your “repair” renders my phone inoperable several times a day due to overheating. I had no issues with my phone besides broken back glass prior to taking it to you.
The owner is such a helpful guy. Got my phone fixed awhile back, and a couple days ago i was planning to get a new phone so i called him and asked for his help and opinion regarding what phone to get and he helped a lot. Great service!
I have Samsung that was locked, didn't know the previous email on the account or the PIN lock, I took it to at least 6 other 'Mobile Repair' shops, one guy had it for 3 days, prices to unlock were just rediculous, none of them could get past the lock screen, I thought it was just going to be a Paperweight. John at YYC Repairs got in in less than 10min. Very Efficient and fair, I highly recommend this place and will return with any cellphone issues.
I had a pleasant experience having both a tablet and Apple Watch repair. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I shall definitely use their services again.
