Worst customer experience ever. Zero stars. Old frail inappropriate man picked up TV by himself at the end of the listed service window. On a Saturday. Then proceeds to tell me to call and “grease the wheels” to get my service call filled. Called. Was told my TV might be ready early the following week, even though the “repair” takes an hour. I asked why they picked it up if it was just going to sit around. They couldn’t answer. Finally received a call saying they ran some test and it isn’t fixable anyway. Went to pickup the TV and was denied as it was “to be recycled”. Without a TV for over a week now and they’ve essentially stolen my TV. Never would I recommend this company to anyone. Please beware.

I accidently ripped off the power connector on my PS4 when I was cleaning it and replacing the thermal paste. These guys said they could fix it, had fixed previous PS4s, and told me I could bring it in and they would look it over. They had it fixed within a week, they tested it, I reinstalled and it now works great.

Brought my Nintendo DSI XL in to have a new charging port soldered onto the board as my kids broke the old one. Even though they said they don't do small handhelds, they were confident that they could do a small solder job. The job was done fast and the price was reasonable. The device works great! Would highly recommend

Absolutely amazing service!! I had a problem with my new Samsung TV. After speaking with Customer Service at around 4:00 pm Samsung opened a warranty claim and contracted it out to Bestech Electronic Services. Bestech called me directly within 2 hours. So I got the call at roughly 6:00 pm. They were available to come out the same day still. Are you kidding me? That never happens!! So around 8:00 pm the technician was at my house. He new what the problem was right away. He helped me take the TV off the wall mount, then he completed the repair. He even helped me with some cable management on the back of the TV. He helped me re-mount the TV and made sure everything was working properly before he left. This is the best service I have ever received in my life. In roughly 6 hours everything was working perfectly. Thank you to Samsung for helping me so quickly. A special THANK YOU to Kulveer and Bestech!! Your service was truly awesome and I would definitely recommend you and your company to everyone I know. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the result!! You went above and beyond!! Thanks again!!!

Horrible experience. I called them because my television wasn't turning on and told them I replaced the power board. Usually that is the first thing to go..They said they would send out a person in a couple of days for 90 dollars. The person literally walked up to the television on the ground and took a picture of the serial number and left. I wish I could post the video. That's how they do there diagnosis on a tv, they called and said it was the video board without touching it.

New to Calgary and found BesTech on line. Was having all sorts of trouble with my ancient technology VHS player. Lockwin in the office helped me on the spot with several encouraging DYO suggestions, and arranged for a tech Ken to come to our home. All issues promptly solved, with a reeasonable cost for expert knowledge. I'm now able once again to view my 60+ videos! Many thanks guys.

Everyone we interacted with at Bestech were great! Very helpful, easy to talk with and friendly. They were able to fix my mom's 25 year old 5-disc CD player in less than a week. She was very happy. We will definitely be coming back if/when we have other tech issues.

I'm happy with the experience. I originally had another company referred by a friend look at my 65 " TV and they charged an arm and leg to make a service call. They then quoted a ridiculous price to fix it. I called Bestech and Ken made a service call to look at it. Kulveer then quoted me a price which took into consideration the amount I paid for the service call and applied it fully to the end price. The repair was fast, and the TV now works great. Wish I had called them first instead of the other company. Thanks guys for a painless transaction.

Our TV stopped working one day and my daughter recommended Bestech rather than buying a new one. Dropped it off Saturday afternoon and picked it up Monday. Very happy with the service and results!

Best tech is by far the best service one can ask for when it comes to electronic repairs. I talked to two other tv repair shops this morning before I called best tech.. I had bad vibes from both stores. I called best tech spoke to Jas he was extremely honest, reliable and courtesy with his service. I was impressed he gave me the remote I needed for my tv at a reasonable price. I will most definitely be going back here again and understand why reviews are so important.. keep up the good work Jas cheers
