Best Buy Mobile

I had placed an order for ear buds with in-person pickup, and received a confirmation email telling me that my item was ready for pickup in store. When I went to pick the store up, the associate told me that they'd sold all of those particular ear buds and that they couldn't fulfill my order anymore he actually made up a big story about how they must have been stolen... after having opened a locked cabinet in front of me to check for them. He refused to cancel my order and told me that the money should be refunded within three days, and to come back in the store if the money wasn't refunded. The whole time, he was disrespectful and unengaged and basically useless. I would absolutely never come to this Best Buy Mobile location again in the future, absolutely incompetent staff that have no regard for customer service.

So nathan did you get your money back or not.... if not then we should stop going to this location aswell because we always get a crazy deals from this location

Just went to this store today to pick up an order that I had placed online with confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. When I got to the store the staff told me that they did not have my product anymore and made up excuses as to why. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and had said they would cancel but then would not show us any confirmation. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this store for any future purchases.

Good customer service, it can get very busy there on weekends.

The staff rocksss...the store manager is very friendly gentleman, goes out of way to help customers.

Somewhat disrespectful staff. Clearly knew that I placed an order here for pick up. Not hard to differentiate between a Best Buy mobile and Best Buy store.

Service was quick and excellent, came in looking for a galaxy smart tag and found exactly what I asked for very quickly.

Staff were playing on phone, called me ‘bro’ and didn’t bother to help locate an item for me. Skip this location.

Went in with my bf looking for a charger and the guy who helped him was super nice. It was also a very quick process overall.

Best customer experience I ever felt. PAWAN guided me in a nice way and he sorted out my all queries and I’m really satisfied from my visit here.
