Paul and his company at the Plumbing Connection are great. They have been to our home multiple times to fix things. We have a 100 year old home and they seem to know everything there is to know about plumbing. They have a great knowledge about their trade.

Secondly, they are friendly and courteous as anyone I've ever met in the trades. Their slogan "Happy Today or You Don't Pay" is 100% on target. If you aren't happy, they are going to try their best to make you happy! 

The last time they were out, my wife was home by herself when they came to fix a couple of things. I'm not a huge fan of letting "just anyone" into my home, but I know Paul and his company and feel 100% comfortable with the Plumbing Connection in my home with just my wife there.

We have used The Plumbing Connection for many years.  Service is always fast, thorough, and reliable.  A friend you can count on.  Paul just did a fantastic job installing our tankless water heater!

Paul was very courteous, friendly and very punctual. He gave me an estimate for my basement finishing project and was always willing to answer any questions. from what I had done this time I was very satisfied and If i have any additional needs in the future I would call back.

Only concerned about selling me something that had the wrong application for what I needed.  Would not refund.  Were friendly initially but become more surly when I needed them to come back.

Would not reccomend.  You can find better.
