Cherry Valley Plumbing & Electric

About two months ago, we got our water heater installed by Cherry Valley Plumbing, we are on a well water system with a water softener, and the magnesium anode rod went bad after two months. After a little research online, I discovered it is not all that uncommon for a well water system to react badly with the magnesium rod. I asked them to come out and replace the anode rod, to get charged $190. It seems to me they should have had the expertise to identify that the system needed a different anode rod than to knowingly install it and charge me another $190. Will not be calling them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Reasonable cost, and most important HONEST! They will tell you when something can be repaired if it means avoiding costly and unnecessary replacement! Important with 13 bathrooms! Have used them for MANY years with NEVER a complaint.
