Joe & Barb's Septic Services

The worst company ever....i asked him not to run his hose through my garage and then said screw this I'm leaving!! They left me high and dry..and broke my lid slamming it into the hole...im not a happy homeowner right now,I would never recommend joe and barbs septic..

Quoted at $200 for a basic pump, then I guess they broke the lid of the unit, and all of a sudden we owe $400. We didn't break it, and yet we buy it? Maybe thats the way the cookie crumbles with septic service? The real icing on the cake for my less than satisfied feeling was the fact they didn't bother covering the septic back up when they were finished.They even left the ply boards laying around that they used to seal the hole as their temporary bandaid from when they broke it, until it was fixed. So much for trying to support locally.

The worse customer service ever. Septic alarm went off during the night, I called first thing in the morning (8:30am). Wasn't sure if it was the pump or just needed to be drained, they gave me a window of 12-2. After 3.5 hrs of waiting, I called and the lady answering the phones couldn't tell me if the Tech was on his way or still on the last job, she just answers the phones. I called another company and they were here in 30 minutes. I would never recommend this company.

Barb is sweet and dependable. If she takes your message, Joe will get it asap. Joe is unbelievably kind and friendly. Not sure I could do his job much less, with a smile and good conversation as he does. Affordable, fast and clean. Ill never call anyone else for my properties. Thanks Joe n Barb. Rick
