YoungQuest is an awesome gym. Very relaxed atmosphere, great staff, friendly clients, and all the weight and cardio equipment you need. Rarely crowded. I've been going here for quite some time and it's a great value.

I was a member here for over 6 months before I changed jobs and didn't work nearby any more. This place is great and I miss it! Friendly staff and a very supportive atmosphere. It's a well-equipped gym that has all of the important things that the big globo gyms have. Unlike most gyms, most members here actually are on friendly terms and you'll probably be greeted by name at the door. The owner, Jason, is very knowledgeable and will give you advice on improving your body and fitness if you ask. He also offers personal coaching and training. I've been a member at over a dozen gyms over the years and this one is at the top of my list.

Owner Jason Young is a personal certified training with over 20 years of experience. Jason as trained beginner, pro athletes and fitness competitor in all walks of live. The atmosphere is inviting. The gym has a friendly feeling with people who care about fitness and wellness. While you’re there, you may run into Tazzy, Jason’s dog. Remember to say hi to her!

Great GYM and Great Trainers. Fun and friendly environment that is clean and easy to workout in. There is a lot of space and more than enough weights that you won’t be waiting for them. The trainers are some of the best in the city and if you want to see their results look at their clients. Plenty of parking near the front so no walking from the back in the cold. If you are looking to get results, join the gym, hire one of the trainers and get ready to buy new clothing to fit your new body.
