I like this location. Close by shopping and eateries it's convenient and compact. The handicapped parking is located in the shade of the building which is good in the summer but inconvenient in the winter. The parking lot can be slippery with ice and snow, and the actual entrance is around the other side of the atrium forcing you to walk in the bracing cold and wet weather. The doors are hard to open as well. This club doesn't seem as big as some locations because it makes use of two levels . Gyms and classrooms are located on both floors. The machines seem to be kept in better working order and it's clean and well lit.

If you ever bring up at issue to anybody in the organization they look at you like you're stupid. I'm sorry the light is out in the swimming pool. Hey the sauna doesn't seem to be working. The hot tub is cold. The timer on the hot tub doesn't work. There's Nails sticking out in the sauna. The elliptical machine is broken. And the next time you come in? Do you think the pool light is on? Do you think the machine has been fixed? Probably not because they looked at you like you're stupid and it's not their responsibility. Oh by the way, no one can tell me how to access any of the TVs using a Samsung phone. Only an iPhone apparently will access their TVs in the workout area. Not a one can tell me how to do it. And they don't care. I would go back Lifetime Fitness, but $125 a month is not exactly my idea of a good deal.

Very helpful staff. I appreciate that this Hopkins location has more equipment available than other smaller locations.

I would never recommend this gym. Terrible experience and terrible customer service company wide. Also, their amenities consistently had issues..... aka the sauna was always broken

Better in the middle of a weekday, when it's not so busy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Showers are usually messy, regardless of time of day.
