You Move Me Vancouver Island

Patrick and his team are excellent. They are friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They somehow turned a very stressful moving experience into an enjoyable day, especially with the cup of coffee that they thoughtfully gave me. I am so happy I chose You Move Me and I highly recommend this fantastic moving company.

I was impressed with their professionalism and there ability to adapt, e,g, they had to wait for a few minutes while I got to the location. They were friendly, fast, organized and took good care of my things. I am very impressed and I would highly use again.

I had a very good experience with this company right from the first contact to the actual move. The guys were on time, professional and hard working. I highly recommend this company.

UPDATE: The owner reached out and attempted to resolve the issue as best he could. Obviously cares about fulfilling their promises to customers. The gesture was appreciated, though it doesn't change my original review. *** Not sure what the coffee and housewarming gift are they speak of... They drove my belongings to the wrong address and couldn't figure that out until I literally walked over and found their truck. They were unprofessional, never smiled, rarely made eye contact... they showed up on time, but without giving 30 minutes advance notice as promised when I set the appointment. And they moved my things... but not without letting the elevator door close with several boxes inside when someone had called it to another floor. Oh, and I can't forget the part where they left my most valuable possession unattended behind the truck while they wrote up the paperwork. Almost fun? Not even close. They're lucky I booked them through RBC's offer. I do not recommend this company.

I had wonderful service from start to finish with You Move Me. Morgan helped me get all set up. She was so kind, brought me boxes, and made sure all of my things were in order. On moving day Bonnie and Kyle were on time, friendly, and QUICK while still taking care of my furniture. I also really enjoyed my morning coffee and my house-warming plant :) I would highly recommend You Move Me Vancouver Island!
