Im not sure how this moving company is getting 5 stars, but probably the customers who gave them 5stars are either fake ones they only have done 1-2 reviews, meaning fake accounts to give high ratings to friends or for themselves or the ones who did not do any price comparison and bargained with them to see their true unprofessional rude attitude and behavior. We emailed them for only loading unloading and driving service for the truck. For that they replied “can be arranged”. No greetings, no courtesy words, nothing. We  called on phone on Saturday, and he said he will tell on Monday. Really? You are running a business and you want customers to wait for you? Who do you think you are? The only moving company in Victoria? We said we have other offers too and we need to do proce comparison to make our decision, so he spoke. His English conversation skill is not clear, so it was difficult to understand him. Anyway, he then asked way higher price than the normal market rate. They asked $150 / hour for two guys, meaning $75 per head/per hour. Yes, it is not as high as the big sharks in moving companies like Burley bros n others, but it is not competitive as other lower charging companies. Seemed like he is a not a shark but surely a Piranha in the pond. Keep in mind, lower charging doesn’t mean low quality of work. We said it’s very high rate than what others are asking, and the guy suddenly changed his tone and blabbered: “I have to earn to” and in just same second without even waiting for our reply hung up the phone. This is shameless impolite attitude and behavior. You are running a business. This is not how you earn customer loyalty and support. Maybe you don’t care, maybe it is your side business, but this will fail soon I can promise you. I am thanking stars that we didn’t bow down to their unfair rate demand coz God only knows how they must have behaved in person if something has gone wrong when they could behave in this rude and impolite way on the phone. I highly recommend everyone to stay away from these mannerless people. I will also look for other platforms where I could give them the same review to save others from the hassle and disrespect that they made us go through. Please stay away from this company.

Owner of the company is super nice, easy to deal with and Brad and Mohamed the movers kept me laughing and were careful with my stuff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, also price was great!

I used Abe Moving for my most recent move and I couldn't have been more impressed.  The 2 movers were efficient, quick, and incredibly hardworking, and our possessions all made it safely to our new home.  I would not hesitate to recommend  their services and will definitely be using them again!

We used Abe moving to move our furniture from Victoria to Calgary.  The movers showed up on time, were respectful of the condo rules and other tenants, wrapped everything carefully in blankets and shrink wrap and were all packed up within 2-3 hours.  Everything showed up on the day promised in Calgary with no damage.  Again, the people delivering our property in Calgary were courteous and careful.  Price was competitive against other companies I compared against.  We also had to drop off some furniture at another location in Calgary and they managed this with a separate truck and reasonable price. No complaints from me as a customer and I would recommend them to use again.
