York & Bay Dental Office

I've been going to York and Bay Dental for many years now. The clinic's front desk staff are amazing- always accommodating and friendly. The clinic itself is always improving, and I've noticed improvements with the appearance and technology of the office over the years, which speaks volume to the way that they do things in general, which is a constantly improving 5-star environment. Dr. Brian Yim and hygienist-Pat, are always educating me with best ways to take care of my dental care. I think that dentistry requires a certain artistry and Dr. Brian is definitely a master of his craft. Although it's a good 30 minutes for me to drive to Hamilton, it's worth it!

Always a great experience at York & Bay Dental for my 2 kids! The team takes such good care of their teeth with their pediatric dental program but also are sure to make it fun. Dr. Brian even makes balloon animals!! We fully trust the care we get here - positive experience had by all. Many thanks (again :)

The whole staff are so committed to the well being of their patients. Because of a permanent face scarring incident with another oral surgeon I am one of those chickens that has to be sedated for dental work, so Judi stays with me the whole time to make sure I am all right. Brian has taken into consideration all these factors and explains everything in great detail before he begins. I am so happy with the results to this point that I have no hesitation in recommending the whole staff to all who ask me of my experience.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Yim since 2002. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed right away. His office staff is friendly, and very accommodating to my schedule. Dr. Yim always takes the time to explain the procedures very well so I understand exactly what is being done on my teeth and why. His dental hygenists are also very detailed and always take the time necessary to answer my questions on how to maintain my teeth. After I had kids, I started bringing them for regular cleaning and checkups at the office as well. They even showed my kids how to brush their teeth properly to prevent cavaties. I would recommend York and Bay Dental to anyone who’s looking for a good and caring dental office in the Hamilton area.
