I have been going to Jackson Square Dental office for years. The dental hygienists are very thorough with,cleaning, x rays, exams etc..Dr Shamila is one of the best dentists I've come across. She makes you feel so comfortable . She attentively listens to any concerns you may have and she makes sure that at the end of any procedure that you are more than happy with the results. I've been going to the same dental office for about 15 years so when I moved to Hamilton, I was hesitant on having to make the switch. To my surprise, I learned more about my teeth in one visit than I did over 15 years at my old office. The hygienist was professional and definitely knew her stuff! Got some great tips too! The cleaning was thorough and my teeth have never felt so clean before! Compliments to the hygienist named Ziggy!

went in to get a cavity filled and a loose tooth pulled,because of the massive pain in my head,they decided i needed full plate so wont fix the existing problem told me was gonna take 3 weeks for the process to start ,gave me a lousy 3 days of pain meds,right after they said would be 3weeks,something definately wrong here,lazy is all i can figure out why would they not want the money and stop my suffering until they start the plate,all it would mean is 2 teeth less to pull then,also left me in the dentist chair for an hour before dentist even showed up in the room,i would not choose the this dentist,i hear fenworth dental are the people to see,to bad i had to go here at jackson square dental if your smart you wont..........

Dr Mak is the absolute best dentist I have ever had, and I've had more than my share. Talk about gentle, when she said okay they're out, I said "are you sure"? I had 4 session of getting teeth extracted,I told her I was terrified to have teeth pulled,and she was fantastic. Thank You Dr Mak

Don't even bother. I highly recommend everyone go to 870 King St West dental instead. The dentist are rough, and after they froze my gums I was stuck waiting for 20 mins for them to get started. I wasted many appointments going here. -5 stars for sure!
