Mountain Mall Dental Office

Myself and my wife had recently visited the dental office for various services . We were seen by Dr. Hafez who is an excellent doctor . We were seen on Sept 21 , October 17th , October 19th and finally today October 30th . On 21st September we asked the receptionist to provide the quotes for all appointments those were booked . We noticed that the receptionist charged both of us at least 100-200 $ more than the quoted amount . We do not appreciate this . The quotation was based on treatment plan , so we are not happy that they charged for additional items not related to the treatment plan. I am confident that the Doctor might not even know about the over charges . I am demanding investigation of such unfair practice by the people sitting at the counter . Otherwise, we will never refer anyone to this office though the Dentist himself is a nice doctor. We may visit other locations where he practices instead of going to this office.

Dr. K is the best! So happy that he came in after our other Doctor retired. Always a pleasure coming to see everyone at the office. Great Atmosphere. Thanks for the great service :)

I happened to drop by this office in a frantic help to remove my upper last wisdom teeth that was moving and painful. I asked them to see me urgently, and they did so. The Doctor I didn't catch his name, sounds like a Muslim name (with all due respect) was so helpful, gentle, and knowledgeable. He removed that horrible tooth in no time after they gave me that awful drink to help me with the pain. The wound healed quite perfectly. Thanks to them.

I was scared when my dentist retired as to who would replace him. He left very large shoes to fill. Well, it happened. The new guys are terrific ! ! ! I made a suggestion, and it was implemented right away. Same office staff so there is continuity. My dentist, Dr. Al-Riahi is wonderful. If you are afraid of the dentist then this is the place to go!!!!
