Upper Paradise Dental

What an amazing office! It is hard to find a good Dentist anymore and our family found a GREAT one! The staff are fun, super friendly and knowledgeable. My kids don't want to leave at the end of their appointments. I have never had my treatment explained so well before either. A beautiful office overall. You have to go there to truly experience the "wow" that I am talking about. Thank you Upper Paradise Dental and Dr. Puksa for giving me faith in a dental office again!

I chose Upper Paradise Dental at random and am so that happy I did, for the following reasons: 1. Convenience/Availability: They were able to accommodate a new appointment and subsequent appointments within a few days of my phone call. 2. Quality: Dr. Puksa and his team provided THE most thorough exam I have ever had, including taking photographs and reviewing each of my teeth with me (identifying my first cavity – ever!). 3. Patient Centered, Friendly, and Considerate Care: It is a place you feel welcomed the moment you walk in, they call to remind you about appointments, and take care of the paperwork by billing your insurance company (you pay up front, but if you have direct deposit the money is deposited nearly the next day with no work on your part). If you are looking for a place for your dental care, look no further. This is a company I highly recommend.

Dr. Pukas and his staff are AMAZING! It's not often I write reviews but I can not emphasis enough how grateful our family is to have come across this dental practise. They are beyond kind and make my daughter (who once was petrified of the dentist) feel at ease every time no matter the work being done. Their office is beautiful and clean. Clearly we HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you Upper Paradise Dental, you guys rock; I am not at all surprised to see straight 5 star reviews!!

Love this dentist office. Dr. Puksa fixed our newborn daughter's upper lip and tongue tie. It was quick, easy, and the staff was so kind and explained the whole procedure. The receptionist, Kelly, was also extremely welcoming and very sweet. She talked us through the procedure while we were waiting and very anxious. You can tell everyone loves what they do and they do it well. I'd like to thank the doctor and staff from the bottom of our hearts!

We debated about taking my two year old daughter to a paediatric office... No need! Dr. Puksa was amazing with our daughter, showing her how everything worked to get her comfortable, and making the entire experience fun and relaxed. My daughter loved it! Dr. Puksa was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. It's a beautiful office. The receptionist has been exceptionally pleasant and accommodating in all our interactions. I also really appreciated being able to take a break to nurse my newborn son. Not only were they happy to give me the time, but even provided a quiet, comfortable, private space to do so. Great experience!
