Yoke's Fresh Market (Deer Park Pharmacy)

I moved to Deer Park last fall. The customer service at this store is exceptional. Kuddos to all employees I’ve had the pleasure to speak with, and most questions my husband and I have asked has been met with knowledge of where to find items. Shout out to the meat department and it’s employees. Jason you get an extra comment because we appreciate you so much with your suggestions, your wrapping steaks purchased in the Butcher case individually. The lady in bakery decorating of your stores cakes deserves acknowledgement, the ladies in floral also. I ask the manager to place my comments in all their personnel files thank you. The pharmacy staff have helped me immensely. Shopping here instead of elsewhere is our choice we shop local. One ding is that during Covid restrictions mandated by the State of Washington, having all shoppers adhere to the law would have been safer for shoppers and all of your valued employees. 9/5/21 Thank you Aaron manager in training you’re awesome! He got me some items from the bakery which had closed early. Great customer service Aaron not only did he help me, we drew other customer, he helped us all. Thank you Matilda got your outstanding customer service in the deli.

Always slow service in deli/hot food. Several workers there but nobody responsible for taking orders. Frustrating for years. Wish they would put a focus on customer service in this area.

While standing in the line for the pharmacy one of your employees Mary Jane was very rude. Instead of saying excuse me like any decent human being would she pointed the the freezer next to me and in a very rude tone says “I need in there” once I moved no thank you no nothing. I get that she has a job to do but saying excuse me will get you a long way instead of having an attitude because your store isn’t organized enough to have room for the line for the pharmacy to be out of the way of everything else. Considering she had her name embroidered on a shirt I’m willing to bet she was definitely not a new employee and you would think they would train their employees to have common courtesy. From not on I will definitely be driving to anywhere else but this store.

I’d hazard a guess that every single employee in this store hates their life and despises every customer who comes inside. I literally drive to Newport or Spokane to get my groceries so I can avoid this yokes any more. They are RUDE. Especially the bakery workers. 0/10 will avoid at all costs. Which I’m actually sure they’ll be happy to hear. One less pesky customer they have to deal with.

They should really just close while they’re doing all of this construction. Aside from not being able to park anywhere because they have half the parking lot closed off, they moved all the cart returns to the front of the store which makes it so hard for people with kids to try to juggle groceries and a child back to the car. When you get inside the construction workers have no regard for customers trying to shop. Every employee in here acts like they hate their job and life. Everything is also extremely overpriced. I would recommend everyone to just drive to nine mile or go into Spokane if they need anything.

Bought some cottage cheese, the date on the carton way still good but product had gone bad. Think they need to keep a closer eye on products during remodel. This happened with 4 different containers.

Believe it or not, my husband loves this store so much we took a family photo in front of it to send to him yokes has the best bakery and the remodel is pretty fab.

Yoke's is the only true grocery store in town. The selection has gotten better in the past few years. I see that the Hispanic/Asian food options have improved. The produce looks great, good variety of natural foods. The prices are sky-high at this store, probably due to the fact that they know it's a 20 minute drive to another store this size. Nice people working here.

Remodel makes for nice experience but price comparison puts them high.

There deli is a germ factory waiting to happen & there produce is mostly junk ! I'll drive to Ruosairs until Deer Park gets another store . U act like you Have Us By The BALLS !
