I've only gone here to have a "nurse visit" where i leave lab samples, but it was clean, everyone was friendly, and the whole visit was streamlined and easy. Even though my regular CHAS clinic is in the Valley, this was near where i needed to go today, and i love the convenience of just stopping by the closest CHAS campus. The nurse actually looked at my chart and asked questions to be sure we were getting the right samples, and she also made sure that i knew how to self-collect.

I really  like this clinic.I used to have aenta insurance,and expected  this place to not be as good.However I've been very happy there and the staff is very nice and helpful.

I've been going to Chas for quite sometime now. I will be looking for another doctor's office. I went in five times for back pain and they thought it was sciatica and after three times my doctor says oh if you're not broken we don't do an x-ray then I end up back in the emergency room because of this doctor's incompetency. To find out it was arthritis.Landed me a trip in the hospital with a big Bill.Thanks to their incompetency then I asked for a doctor's appointment for a follow-up only to be hung up on by a very rude Dr. Last time I checked it's the doctor's responsibility to make sure that the patient is taken care of not to just say oh well and tell me to call 911 because they are being lazy!!. That's all fine..Who's going to pay the bill!!. I seek treatment to get help so that I can get back to work you know this is 7 weeks because of chas incompetence!!. I asked for that and she just like oh well I'm not going to help you I told her I needed something stronger for the pain and she thought it was a jokeThis place is a joke!!.I wouldn't take my worse enemy to this place.Let me tell you when they find out your insured$$$$$.They milk it!!.That's the problem with our world today It's all about padding their own pocket instead of actually helping people!!This what you'll experience when your dr's office is ran by our corrupt government.

I had a great experience here. They got me into my appointment right away and Erik Leaf was great. He listened to all of my concerns and got me referrals and blood work right away.

I love this place! Nice people and I have a great doctor. I have never had any problems here

I have had continued issues with my regular prescriptions being filled. I am disabled and take COPD meds and an anti psychotic. Every time I run out, there is an issue on there end refilling. I'm so fed up with sub par professionals that can't even keep my prescriptions up to date. This has accoured every month since November. I suggest going elsewhere

They are a joke. I would not recommend them to even My abusive ex husband

I Strongly Recommend going to any other location. Wouldn’t schedule me after I called multiple times. Went in , still wouldn’t schedule me - pushing video visits instead of office visit, told me to call everyday at 8am to get same day visit instead of Sheduling in advance.

Very mixed service depending on what you need. Their pediatric care was top notch while Dr. Tomio and worked there and Dr. Nora in the valley clinic - absolute best pediatric care we've ever gotten. After Dr. Tomio retired we moved our son to another clinic. For adult care it's extremely hit-and-miss, but mostly miss. Their scheduling window is wonky, and the 15 minute visit time isn't sufficient to get much help from rushed, stressed out staff which waiting an hour waiting for is typical. If you have insurance and show up on time which is rare, apparently? they will try to schedule you to come in EVERY MONTH no matter how healthy you are so that they can hit their government mandated quotas in order to get funding a physician there revealed that to me. Total BS. They will run every test imaginable every time that they can in order to run up their billed services. Most of their doctors are casuals or newbies who will moonlight there but ALL of them are seeking their own private practice; so consistence is 100% missing from CHAS, and that is the most important thing in long term patient care. I'm very glad they provide a service to the Spokane area but if you can afford better service then go get better service elsewhere.

Always great care from staff nurses and practitioners. They listen without judgement and been right on top of things when it comes to treatment, medications, and follow up. Pharmacy was quick to fill medication. Pharmacy staff was kind and courteous. Front desk staff wasn't rude, but were lack luster when it came to customer service. They did not show personality or a genuine smile. All seemed like they were bored and patients were just numbers on paper vs real people face to face.
