Bi-Mart Pharmacy

This review is pertaining to olny the pharmacy department at deer park . Not the whole store. Which I still happily shop at. The pharmacy people are painfully slow. And while "nice" they are pretty Damm ignorant. They can't seem to wrap their collective minds around the concept of paying for cash for a prescription when you have insurance. Here's the thing, if you go in there to get a prescription for a drug that has been on the market since Moby dick was a minnow. And you know that drug is cheaper than Tylenol. A person might opt just to pay cash rather that wait 17.5 years for them to try and bill your insurance. (Not apple) I've done this twice for prescriptions of tramadol. They acted like I was doing something criminal. Nope, just not trying to waste my whole day so you can bill my insurance for who knows what. It's 6 bucks for crying out loud. The incident that made me feel like writing a review happened today. I'll keep it short. My wife and I spent 45min with a newborn in the back seat. waiting for........ drumroll please.... A $3 prescription. They just had to bill the insurance. THEY had to bill the insurance. B.S. they WANT to bill the insurance. It's your choice on how you want to pay. And on where you fill your prescription.
