I went to Chas because my insurance switched and I did not have a primary care doctor and was experiencing health issues. I was seen by Dr Rivera and she was beyond amazing. They were able to get me in fairly quickly and the staff was friendly. I use the pharmacy there to get my prescriptions and the wait is always minimal and they are friendly and welcoming. The prescription refill process is simple and easy. Really happy with all of my experiences
Called my script in on Friday and nobody called me back to tell me they would need to order them. So Saturday I go to pick them up and they don't have them. O u can just wait till Monday. Thats what they told me. Meds that u can't miss a day or switch over to generic on without severe side effects. The clinic is about the same. U wait a month to see anyone and its for a 5 min appointment and u never get anywhere with these guys. Its sad this is how r medical is in this country
The Chas maple pharmacy is the best. They always go that extra mile for you..Kayla who works there is awesome. She has gone that extra mile for me several times for me. She always listens to me. She's great, she needs a raise.
This pharmacy deserves minus zero. It takes you hrs waiting to go back and forth get your medications. Usually, they blame your doctor after you waited an hour for to pick up your medications and they tell you it is going yo be longer to get back to the doctor who ordered the medications. I won’t recommend Chas pharmacies to anyone.
Probably The LEAST reliable clinic in Spokane. Every time I go here I never cease to have a bad expierence. I came in for a simple appointment for a simple prescription months ago and they made a mistake that was so simple, it caused my insurance and my prescription to be out of wack. The pharmacy there is the worst. I feel that the receptionists and the pharmacists could give a care less about you and your medications. Poor in many ways but one. I never had a warning before going to this clinic but here's one for you, don't go here!
This place is full of lazy receptionist, that only care about when lunch time is. I have waited for my heart test results for over a month and every time I call they say they don't have a record of me getting an exam. And they cut me off when I am speaking, and say to call back in another week. They suck!! It would be more beneficial to me to just go to the hospital.lol
Prescriptions did not all get transferred. They haven't combined medications so I can pick them all up at once up have to go every week to get something...
The Female Dental Doctor': ANMARIE-GIDDINGS, D.D.S. here at the Maple ST. Location in Spokane,WA. ARE "TERRIBLE!!!" If I could rate the Dental provider 0-Stars that my Girlfriend had when she had 2 Teeth pulled today, I sure as HE** WOULD. The provider had prescribed my girlfriend a medication that my girlfriend has already been on for over a year and would not do anything else for her besides that med. there for they told her to go home and take some Tylenol since she had already been on that medication for a while and the dental doctor would not prescribe anything but that ? Now I would have to say that the doctor is pretty freaking stupid or she's just having a bad day and taking it out on her patients??? the male doctor I had 2 weeks ago when I had one tooth pulled, I had no problems with him and/or with him prescribing me a pain medication that would actually help.I am not real fond of taking pain meds but when you have two teeth pulled it's nice to have something that will actually help so with this I would say this Female D.D.S. should be reprimanded and dismissed from her position AT ONCE!!! By the way her name is "Dr. Anmarie Giddings" a female Dental Dr. What a horrible experience.
Never had any issues or complaints.
The receptionists are nice and at least my doctor is great.
