Yogen Fruz

At the Sherway Gardens location our order was wrongly prepared. They dumped the ice cream, prepared the other order in the same cup that was dirty inside and out and the flavour of the order vanilla was affected. When we asked for a new one the attendant was rude and ignored us when we asked for the toppings we had paid for. Never got the ice cream toppings, just insults.

Really bad marketing. Signs say 50% in really big font. Then in smaller font and script it's a BOGO offer. But then it doesn't stop there, tiny words that can't be seen until you are already lined up ... Says weekdays. Take the dam sign down. Unless you mean to be false advertising. I don't like giving one stars, but when my whole family and children are waiting, this is not fair.

this is a great frozen yogurt chain. there are many variations to choose from. I recommend the strawberry cheesecake ü sensation. you can also get früz tea at this location. the service was fast and friendly!

This is the best Yogen Fruz location to try strawberry Cheese cake ! It is SO delicious. I have tried the same from different locations but they were not the same

Frozen yogurt itself was 5 stars - flavourful, creamy, and not at all melty. Customer service was so-so, one of the workers was friendly, but the other was impatient and rang up our order before giving us a chance to decide on toppings and seemed annoyed when she had to change it because I asked for toppings.

They were busy but still efficient. Got a large coffee and it was amazing!

Terrible do not waste your time and money Just paid over $6 plus tip and this is want I got it taste like frozen water.. and not the coconut one.

Very yummy! Vegan dragon fruit tastes just like a sorbet. Pricey, but good

I tried matcha milk tea with tapioca, and it was really good and refreshing.
