The soft serve collection is wonderful. We had Cookie Monster and chocolate with peanuts! Very fast service and the base is creamy and yummy. There was a line but it went ahead rather quickly and they only accept cash. You got an ATM nearby which absorbs some charge for withdrawal. A nice place to chill and have ice creams, shakes and more!
Good experience overall, good flavours and fast service. Pricing was excellent as well. I feel like the ice cream was just average, I tried the cotton candy vanilla soft serve and the ice cream bar. It was good. The cotton candy vanilla soft serve just taste like regular vanilla, I would have loved to experience more flavour there. If I’m in the area. I’ll definitely come back
This ice cream place is very popular if you are in vicinity. It's to-go ice cream place with variety of soft & hard ice creams. They also have milk shakes and sundaes . we ordered one soft & one hard ice cream. Both were delicious They do have a long line, but wait is not that long. Staff is very friendly. Also, bring cash here. We remember paying cash at this place.
If you're looking for dense, heavy-duty soft-serve ice cream, this is the place. On their answering machine it says they close at 10:00 PM, that's not true. They close at midnight for the season. A little overwhelming at first. Also they should have more warnings about being cash-only! I think I'll go with a simple dipped cone next time. The sundae was way too much for one person.
Tradition and Fantasy reign at this ICE CREAM Castle!!! Amazing service and atmosphere. Locally based and Long History of delivering memories and fun. So many freakin options, you gotta decide before you get to the front of the line. They are experts and ICE CREAM, and customizing. Outstanding selection and prices. Friendly and Professional. Long lines nightly but they move quickly. Expanded seating. CASH ONLY! CASH ONLY! ATM on site just in case but bring cash to be safe. Not just an ice cream but an experience.
Great selection of flavours, handy and reasonable. The kids love to go here and there are always lots of kids and dogs sitting outside enjoying their treats. You have to stop by this place! Be patient when it comes to parking spots.
Omg this ice cream is creamy and soft and not very heavy . It’s situated in Etobicoke, has a nice dining space outside unless rains spoil your day I had the rainbow icecream and a salted peanut Sunday Make sure it’s CASH only so carry cash and also you make sure you pick the right size .. I picked a small and it was decent in size .
Plenty of options for everyone. Real dairy ice cream, you can taste the difference . Tried the strawberry sundae and it was great. Black cherry ice cream was also a favourite. Lines can be long during the warm weather but move along quickly, limited parking spaces on the side !
Tom’s Dairy Freeze is my favourite spot to grab ice cream during the summer! Lines can be very long but I find that it moves quickly. Their rainbow soft serve is very pretty and the rainbow parts are fruit flavoured. Looking forward to returning once the weather warms up.
We visited Tom’s yesterday and were surprised by how crowded it was. Nevertheless, the line moved fast and the service was prompt. I opted for a parfait which is a multi-layered ice cream with strawberry, chocolate and pineapple sauce. I loved the creaminess of the soft serve and the strawberries were great. The only drawback was that the glass the parfait was served in is very tall and narrow, making it difficult to reach the other layers. The prices are quite reasonable given the size, however it is a cash only ice cream parlour.
