Amazing classes that are challenging and inspiring. I am new to Ottawa and in a place of limbo, and regular practice here has helped me maintain a daily routine and feel welcome in the community.
i didn't think i was going to buy into the whole namaste yoga thing, but now i am hooked. great staff, amazing instructors and a great variety of classes to choose from. the space is lovely and there is always space when i want to go. the best!
The teachers are incredible at this location. I love it here. It's very clean, the atmosphere is cozy and there are enough showers to rinse off after class.
Great spot for practice that offers early classes - 6am! Change rooms are super clean and very large. Teachers are all very friendly and make this a great space.
