I ran a workshop with a group of 6 people that involved creative thinking and digestion of new ideas. Incorporating a meditation break for just 5 minutes with Leslie joining in virtually of course! about halfway through really helped to refresh and reset the team for the balance of the session.

Amazing atmosphere! Great teacher and perfect for anyone who likes small class sizes

I started at Yoga Grove with the Absolute Beginners 4-week class. This really set me up well for regular yoga practice. All the instructors are great! I'm loving the Flow and Ashtanga Fundamentals classes.

Love this studio! The small class size really makes a difference. Leslie noticed I have trouble with my wrists and provided a wrist support for poses that put strain on them. It made a huge difference!
