Love the experience at Yiati, very good coaches that adjust to your goals and needs. I recommend crossfit for anyone who wants to get in shape, but doesn't always like the old gym format. AT yiati your always competing against yourself because they track your progress, it feels to great to see the progress of the work you put in. Hands down the best training experience of my life!!!
Kyle is a great trainer! The gym is small but has everything you need + it makes it a close community. I definitely recommend this gym. Best crossfit gym I've been in.
I have know kyle for long time. and he has always put other people first and now that he is in fitness his main goal is to get people to the body they deserve and kyle is willing to move mountains to make that happen for you. If your looking for an opportunity to get fit and work with someone that is willing to work with you to help you get the body you deserve I would suggest guy is your guy.
