Waited 6 days checking the order status daily. Kept saying waiting for credit card approval. So I called to find out what was going on. First call, I was told the choke I ordered was out of stock so it hadn’t been shipped and no notice to the customer waiting almost a week already but they’d call me back. Second call, they found the choke that they didn’t bother to ship. So I asked them how soon they could get it to me as I needed it within the week for a hunting trip I had planned. I was told they will ship it with the same shipping I paid for. No sooner. And honestly they couldn’t care less. Just rushed the conversation to get me off the phone. Just overall rude and had no interest in making things right for the customer. Thanks guys. I’ll do us both a favour and never do business with you again. Cheers
Wish I would of read the reviews before ordering. Complete POS. No contact, no replies. Have too contact my credit card to get a refund.
Be weary of purchasing from here. It's been 2 months and I still haven't received my purchase. Like some of the other reviews on here I too got the run around and then the silent treatment.
They had Winchester spm primers at 80 for a brick. In 2022 that's amazing. Prompt and reasonable shipping cost too.
Had ordered a knife through these guys but ended up receiving one slightly different Due to an honest mistake so messaged customer service and was helped by Michael Ward, he was very professional and quick to come to a resolution that worked for the both of us. Would definitely recommend and order from again.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!SCAM ALERT!!!! Please do yourself a favour and shop anywhere else but here. This is a company run by dishonest people who are not here to do business. Their customer service is awful and the company itself is pure dishonest trash and they blatantly lie. I went online and purchased a firearm from them. I noticed after over a week that there was no update to the shipping status. I had to call the CFO to ensure the transfer was complete and then I called Sporteque and spoke to Fred as I wanted to know if the gun had shipped. I had to inform him that the transfer was complete and I wanted to know what the shipping was. So first they do NOT update their site or customers with any useful information. That is red flag #1. A few days later I get not 1 but 2 canada post notices that packages are ready for pick up. That is odd as I only got 1 item coming. Fred and his crew managed to ship 2 different packages with the same shipping label to me. He sent me the gun and another customers order. Red flag 2. Canada post only kept one package which was the other customers order and ended up shipping the gun back to Sporteque. Canada post is ABSOLUTELY awful as well. So now I have another customers package and my gun is back with Sporteque. I had to call Canada post and get this all sorted out which was a nightmare. This was supposed to be done by sporteque as this is their job as the seller. Clearly they are useless so I had to do it. FINALLY my gun arrives and this is how I know they are completely dishonest. I ordered a BRAND NEW gun as advertised on their website and what I got is CLEARLY used. And not only is it used but damaged. The gun was supposed to be new with 2 magazines. I got a gun that was in rough shape. Scratched up and CLEARLY used. The gun case was broken. There was no lock on the trigger and no lock on the case. They scammed me by trying to sell me a new gun and it was clearly not. I contacted Fred at sporteque and he insisted this was a new gun. I sent him many pictures that clearly show it wasn’t. Magazines missing in a new gun and a absolutely filthy inside of the case with stains and a very dirty barrel indicated it wasn’t new. This company is trash. Its run by very dishonest people who don’t know the first thing about customer service, or business in general. PLEASE DO YOUSELF A FAVOUR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. I am in the process of returning this garbage back to them and NEVER shopping there again. I have many pictures to show that I will be posting as well. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!! BUYER BEWARE
I just made my first order with Sporteque. I am very pleased with the service as I received my order within 72 hours of placing it. They had the product in stock, the ordering process is very easy and pricing is competitive. I will definitely buy from them again!
Took a chance ordering from Sporteque online since they were the only ones in the country with availability on a specific item. They are definitely a small family operation but overall I'm quite happy. I had a problem with the courier but they were reasonably responsive when I called and resolved the issue after a few days. Everything was delivered as expected, packaged well and prices are good. I'm definitely going to consider them again in the future. By the way, they speak English well. Same with French :
I placed an order on January 9 2022, haven't seen my order yet. Seriously only 3 bags of fishing worms an yall haven't shipped it yet. This place is a joke!!!
Hello everyone. First of all if I could put zero/quarter starts for Sportéque I would however that option is not available. On Sunday 4/19/2020 at 01:05am, I bought from Sportéque an Smith & Wesson M&P15 Sport II 5.56mm - Caliber : 5.56mmX45mm. About two weeks later the firearm got banned together with many other firearms, I called immediately the store and Spoke with the owner. He informed me that he will look into it and if the firearm got banned he will reimburse me my money as per his policy. I want to remind you that the a restricted and now prohibited firearm needs to stay at the dealer till the RCMP approves the transferif they approve it. I called back few days ago and the owner said that he can’t reimburse me the money because now he will get stuck with the firearm. I want to point out that the Government had/can supply a list with outside markets to the dealers and those who own one of the new prohibited firearms as a dealer he already knows those markets. I contacted my MasterCard and told them what happened the MasterCard gave Sportéque another 15 days to reimburse me the money into my MasterCard, at which point they lunched an investigation and they concluded that a coursing to the Canadian laws I am in the right of having my money back, and for the fallowing reasons: 1. The firearm is still in the possession of the dealer. 2. I had Called RCMP and they stopped the transfer. 3. He RCMP is still investigating on why Sportéque is pushing a sell of a prohibited firearm onto a customer that is not comfortable of having such firearm in his home. 4. Sportéque has a policy of reimbursement which the owner chose to not honour. Sportéque went even further and Acquired a lawyer and tried to sue me. I listed those reasons to the lawyer, why the MasterCard chose to reimburse me. The lawyer pressured me into re-buying the firearm and threatened to sue me otherwise and put all the expenses on me. I also informed the lawyer that if he contacts me I will contact the Québécois Lawyer association and put a complaint in for harassment and for using his status as a lawyer to pressure me into re-buying the firearm. The lawyer hasn’t contacted me back yet. I informed the lawyer that I am I am going to contact the BBB and let them know how Sportéque is pressuring their customers into re-buying unwanted products. This is the worst firearm dealer that I have dealt with since I became a firearm owner in 2012. My advice is to not purchase anything from this store because if you do have a problem they will not help you but threaten you with court. These people are nice till they sell you a product and then they will try to do anything in their power to screw you over if you need help or reimbursement. Worst experience ever!!
