We stopped here to sit down and have some bubble tea when most bubble tea shops don't have seating. I got the lychee green tea, which was great. The tapioca pearls were smaller than most shops, and they were still chewy. Love the decor of the place, and there are even some board games to play with. Washrooms are open for customers.
Great coffee and drink spot to hang out, especially on weekend morning. So much lights come through the window it's so inviting. I had a Vietnamese coffee and tarts. So yummy so definitely will come back. Owner also offers to host networking event as well for anyone looking to host small parties. Parking: Parking on side street
The cute decor of this place drew me inside to order one of my favourite bubble tea flavours: Honeydew Melon Milk Tea. I’m taking off one star because she didn’t ask me what size I wanted and charged me by default the Large size even though I’m a small girl and I never order large. Once I tried the drink, I was surprised to take the warm boba, freshly made and quite chewy in a good way. I’m impressed by the flavour. Very good!
The environment/decor is cute here, but the bubble tea is not the best but it could have just been what I ordered. If you’re craving a bbt, maybe try elsewhere, but the Vietnamese coffee drinks could be worth a try.
Regarding the food, I had a honeydew milk tea that was delicious. The only issue is the quality of the plastic cups that they use. When trying to poke a hole through the lining, to get to the liquids, I was able to crack a hole in the bottom of the cup, which started to leak everywhere. The staff member did get me one of either; my beverage filled up or made me a new one with no fuss. Regarding food handling, coughing into your hand is pretty gross, especially considering what happened to the whole world. Ambiance is peaceful and welcoming, nice accents around the entire dining room, and it is clean to the untrained eye Housekeeping is mostly good minus. The lamps are pretty obvious in telling the story that they haven't been dusted in a while. Food handling has to change for sure. However, I would still go back.
Super cute cafe on Bloor St - tried their Lemon Icey Slush drink - LOVE that there was actual citrus rinds in the drink! It was sweet 30% sugar and a bit tart! Perfect for a hot summer day! The have a really nice collection of succulent arrangements. It's an IDEAL place for a date or a day/night out with friends!!
A really good looking place with a great ambience and a warm staff. We ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee that tasted amazing. P.s the paper straws have a sharp side don’t be me and start smacking it with the blunt side :
