Yellow Cab

You really need to screen your drivers better or have them tested on their driving regularly. The light was red before this driver got to the intersection and he stopped a whole vehicle length past the stop line, then kept moving forward the entire time the light was red. This isn't the 1st time I've seen very poor driving skills from this taxi company.

I literally just tried to get a cab for 45 minutes - no driver would pick up our ride. We are not a super short drive either. I even called dispatch twice to let them know we were still waiting. We were quoted a 15 minute wait off the hop. Eventually, we had to flag down a cab who almost refused us because he felt we weren’t far enough. Light convincing had us in the car. I was quoted $16 flat rate for my trip on the app and my driver literally tried to negotiate a rate and get $25. Needless to say, I paid him $16 plus a tip. So annoyed

I'm at the University hospital and there is a wheelchair van trying to unload someone in their wheelchair in an emergency. They park around the horseshoe loop and two of your cabs block him in so tightly both in front and behind. He cannot unload his passenger nor can he move to another spot. Your cab drivers are laughing like this is funny. This is a hospital and this could be an emergency and your cabs are literally laughing as they make it impossible for someone to get care. I called you and no one seemed to want to even take my call. That's shameful and pathetic. I have the license plate of one cab and I plan to let everyone know how horrific your drivers are.

Good taxi service within Edmonton, however calling to book a ride can be a pain. They use an automated system which requires you to state your pick-up location for a computer to read and determine where you are. This system would be fine if the computer actually worked. It has only ever worked for me once, and when it almost certainly doesn’t, it is impossible to find a real operator to talk to. If you are booking a taxi I would recommend using the app or website, or calling another taxi service which has real people on the end of the line such as co-op.

The phone system appears completely automated, but if you hit zero, you can reach a human operator. Operator was kind and quick to dispatch a cab. The cab driver was mostly quiet, but near the end of our journey we got to talking and he was very kind, we shared a few stories and got to know eachother a bit. It was a pleasant trip, and very comfortable. Would rate 5 stars, if the automated phone system was easier to navigate, I tried a few times before I managed to get a human on the phone.

Your drivers are some of the worse drivers on the road. Think they own it. Cutting traffic off, unsafe on the roads. Be surprised what I got saved on my dash cam. I will refuse any cab service in Edmonton. Especially this one and coop cabs. I'd take Uber over any cab company any day as these guys treat the road with just a little more respect. Plus it's their own vehicles not some company vehicle.

Extremely impressed and happy with the service. I was in town and the other companies were not showing up. Uber was charging their ridiculous busy fee of 2000 percent. I used their online booking process and had a cab in less than 10 minutes. Driver was courteous and friendly. Clean modern car.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SREVICE!!! This cab service has terrible customer service. Something was left in the cab. We've called multiply times to recover the item. They told us to call back on a weekday and contact lost and found. Then when we called back they said there was no lost and found. Then they told us the driver would call us. We didn't receive a call.

September 1 this year a driver took us around and he was friendly enough , but when we got home he asked for cash which he kept saying cash preferred . When my friend a senior citizen went to pay him he kept asking for a tip but l said no way cause he just paid you a 50 dollar bill and you need to pay him back the 10 dollars..as the fare came to $40.50 .so l gave him a loonie hoping he would give back 10.50.He kept asking for a tip and wouldn't let up.He kept $5.00 and drove off yelling something out the window. I called the office and was directed to the supervisor/ manager and left a message as to what happened .I never did receive a call back . There are afew nice drivers out there...but this did it for us . We are senior citizen who don't afford much .we have stopped taking this company and went to a different one .

The worst taxi service I have ever experienced in my life, the vehicle under the license plate L-14260 refused to take me to my location unless I prepay with cash. He told me that he does not accept debit, even though when I called this company to book my ride the option was cash or debit. He even insisted that we stop at the ATM to get the cash or he won't take me. On top of that he also claimed that the ride would be $50 the highest I have ever paid for this trip was approximately $32. When he asked how much I've paid before and I told him it was between $20-$32 he denied that as untrue and forced the notion that I must pay $50. He was so rude and even told me if I don't prepay $50 cash, then I can just get out of his car.i am disgusted by this service, made me late for my job, I will NEVER EVER use this taxi company EVER again
