A fun place with great food.  Truly fantastic noodle soup - next level.    This is the real deal with hand pulled noodles and perfect spice.  Excellent service - fair prices and an all around fun place.

I stumbled upon Yee’s Hand Pulled Noodles today and was not disappointed!  The restaurant was crowded and everyone was deep into their bowls of soup.  I opted for the grilled chicken soup.  The waitress recommended the beef or brisket but I went for the chicken. The beef is a tad spicy. The grilled chicken soup was absolutely delicious and filling. It hits the spot on a cold day!   I recommend a visit to this authentic midland Chinese noodle  restaurant.

I really love eating at Yee’s! I know a few friends of mine come all the time, it’s a staple in their weeks, so I am happy to join and they have a few good vegetarian options that even my non-veggie friends like to eat. The portions are big, which makes them a great deal because one bowl can be a meal over multiple days! They hand-pull the noodles right in front of you! It’s super cool:

Tried it for first time today. Food portion is good and taste fantastic, very authentic hand pulled noodles.  The beef is tender and tasted fantastic with the spicy oil on the side so you can take it as spicy as you want.  Amount of beef is generous so the price is justified.Food: 5/5

I've been here on countless times and there's nothing like a 101 Large or a 101 Mega if you're convinced you can finish it. Tender beef and freshly pulled noodles always hit the spot. Cold noodles are amazing too.  Favourite sides are the 509 shredded potatoes and 514 steamed chicken with chilli sauce.  Service is both simple and fast, prices are great value.

I’m giving this place a 5 because of the price. The meal is delicious but can be more flavour food preference though. I love the integration of this place and the neighborhood.  I enjoyed my food- will be coming back. Great value.

Absolutely loved Yee’s Hand-Pulled Noodles! Got to know about it through @insta.noodls on TikTok and it totally lived up to the hype. The traditional beef noodles in their mega bowl, priced at $16.50, was a heavenly experience. The portion size is huge, easily 5+ lbs, so I'd suggest sharing and asking for a small bowl. The chili sauce complemented the noodles perfectly, adding a delightful kick. The service was top-notch. Waited less than 5 minutes for a table and the waitresses, the Fujian lady and young girl, were hardworking, kind, and polite. Our total came to around $33.00 and we tipped generously for their exceptional service. The only slight downside is the small size of the restaurant and lack of air conditioning, but it didn't bother me much. Overall, a fantastic culinary experience!

As good a bowl of hand made braised beef noodles as I've had, good serving size and perfectly soft beef - hit the spot! Great patient service as we navigated the menu for peanut allergies, which we know is a challenge for this cuisine!Food: 5/5

Great place for reasonably priced noodles! I ordered the mega beef noodle soup, and it was truly mega twice as large as the large. Service was good, would come here again to try other dishes.Food: 5/5
