I went there for my first gyno experience in the Czech Republic. I can say everything was perfect! The receptionist lady was quite kind and positive, then Doctor Jana was so kind, and she explained things that I should know and she assured me it is okay to feel anxious. Her nurse was also sweet, I am really so relieved and I am happy to have chosen care & cure clinic. Highly recommended for especially all expat women who do not speak Czech like me! :

Worst clinic I ever had experience with! First of all it's impossible to get in touch with them via phone and if you chose to message them - expect and answer with 2-3 working days. Doctors are incompetent and refuse to listen to what the patient is saying. They will never let you do the tests and every time you come to visit a doctor they are asking for money even though you'll be registered with them and all fees were payed. Doctors are rude and tackle your problems one by one. For instance, if you have a head ache and a back pain they will tell you to figure out the back pain first and only then focus on headache. Really??? I do not recommend this clinic even if you'll be dying. They are good for nothing and even less!

I've actually had a terrific experience to the clinic so far! I've been there 3 times and everyone has been kind and nice to me. Last time I had to go was yesterday for getting tested for Covid and once more I was very very happy with the doctor's professionalism and attention unfortunately I didn't keep his name, the nurse and the receptionist. They were all lovely, plus Dr. Rabha who's my GP has been always great. One last thing, they all speak English so language is not a barrier. Definitely recommending this clinic, I don't think they deserve this low rating.

Worst clinic I've ever been to. There is absolutely no communication between the reception and the doctors. I paid the registration for 1 year and every time I went there something went wrong. I would never recommend it.

New and comfortable clinics.. No long waits, friendly and smiling staff and nurses. Doctors are very experienced and kind. Thank you Dr Rabah. And thanks to my friend Zainab, who showed me this clinic.

I am a New Zealander, I initially had a lot of trouble finding a gynecologist here in Prague but am very thankful I found care & cure clinic, Dr Jana is absolutely wonderful as is the receptionist and the nurse, everyone is so kind, they speak in English and have really made me feel welcome.

I will admit, I was worried about going to a clinic for gynecology as an English speaking Expat. I was terrified I wouldn't get someone who understood me or who I understood. My Czech medical vocabulary is very limited. I was very pleasantly surprised. Dr. Jedlickova was very comforting and professional. Her English was great and she provided me with a thorough exam without a long wait or having to fill out tons of forms I couldn't read.

One of the worst clinics in Prague.I had an appointement for 12.15 with the GP and the doctor complained because she needed to have lunch. They made me sit in the hallway with a guy who had Covid, I was there for just some nausea, they made me and the guy take the Covid antigen test one right after another and made me wait again. She freaked out when she came back because my Covid test came back positive, she didn't even tell me to get a PCR, antigen tests can be wrong and I don't even know if that test she saw was mine, they didn't put a name on it. She prescribed me some medicines and told me to urgently go home. I payed 2000 czk for a PCR test which came back negative.And all the visits are not professionally done, my boyfriend had mononucleosis and went to see the same GP that I have, she told him it wasn't true even that the lab results showed positive for it and told him that it was just a season allergy. Stay away from this GP, choose the clinic only if you need a gynecologist, Dr. Jana Jedlickova is a very professional and very nice English speaking doctor, all her visits are done with accuracy and she is very caring of her patients. Very satisfied only for the gynecologist in this clinic.

I had two appointments with Dr. Rabha Sen Yahia this last week and I am super satisfied. I do not really understand the negative reviews here. Dr. Yahia is definitely tough and direct and it seems many people cannot deal with that. But that is what I want from a doctor. I do not need someone to hold my hand and tell me all is well. I need someone who analyses professionally she did, finds the issue she did, explains all results she did, tells me the truth she did and comes up with a good plan for dealing with a issue she did. All that she was providing excellently. So if you can take the truth, look for a very professional doctor and are confident enough to deal with her direct manner, she is perfect. I have her as my standard GP and I would not want anyone else.

I’m honestly surprised about all the bad comments here. I went for the first time yesterday for gynecological appt and It was a relief for me to find this clinic. The lady at the reception was very nice and Dr. Jana was the best. She was very comforting and very professional. I highly recommend it.
