Front staff are kind women, friendly- straight forward . The office is small but they get the job done setting up , notify clients when it comes your appointment. As for the therapists Wish they were more thorough/helpful, seem to laidback. Looks like they’re just doing the bare minimum Besides working with the space they have , they’re usually honest with pricing and helpful when it comes to your coverages .
Firstly, the office follows Covid-19 safety protocols. Any RMT that I’ve made an appointment with is friendly, professional, thoroughly ask questions to any of your concerns and they are super thorough with the treatment requested. Front desk is organized and their automated system of appointment reminders is consistent. I need the reminder! I would recommend Synergy Health for any of your RMT needs. My shoulders & back are grateful!
Nothing but good to say about this place. Got in a minor car accident but it took a bit of a toll on my back. My RMT, Max, really helped me relieve the pain and tension I was experiencing. The front desk receptionist, Carly, is so sweet and kind. Every time I come in she has a smile on her face and greets me happily. She is so helpful and she's definitely my favourite. Highly recommend!
Synergy Health has been completely amazing! I've jumped from 5-6 different Physiotherapy facilities and have always been dissatisfied with my treatments shoulder injury. I have been frequenting Synergy Health for the last couple months and am extremely impressed with the quality of treatments, knowledgeable staff, and amazing service. The receptionist Emily always goes out of her way to accommodate my crazy schedules and is probably the nicest person you'll ever meet!
Amazing RMTs as well as a great physio service! Edit: Went back to get a second round of rehabilitation through a RMT. The receptionist Carly was not helpful and quite abrupt in her tone with me discounting the information I was giving her by denying that they accept payment of treatments from a law office. After explaining that they did this for 5 sessions of physio and a dozen sessions of RMT she was still belligerent. Finally, my lawyer's office called and set everything up. After booking several appointments for the last week of February and for March, I had to cancel my first 3 appointments due to an illness that is contagious. I received a phone call stating that all my appointments were cancelled by their office manager, Mary, because it wasn't fair to their practitioners. My thought is that it wouldn't be fair to their practitioners to practice on a patient that has a full body rash and a respiratory infection. Poor customer service. Extremely disappointing. East Side Massage Therapy is down the street and will provide the same quality, if not better.
Synergy Health has the most helpful staff members and practitioners. Everyone is very professional. The best part is that they take care of all the insurance paper work for you so that its not a hassle and so much more convenient! They offer services such as acupuncture, massage therapy, and physiotherapy. Highly recommended.
I been recommended to come to Synergy Health Group for the massage. It was recomnended to me to see Maxin because he is a great massage therapist. Upon I met him on the very first day I never see and go to any other massage therapist. Maxin is always there for me to listen to me and to make me feel relax and at ease. He wanted to know all the time if massage helps me to relieve the pain in my wrist and forearm as well as in muscle tense in my neck, shoulder, and back. I always leave the clinic very happy and relax. Also, it is very close to my workplace which is very convenient. The receptionist and the other staff are great, friendly, and helpful. Thank you for the great service and workmanship.
I have been dealing with an ICBC case for the past year and have been using Synergy Health's services. They offer all the services I need physiotherapy, Massage Therapy and acupuncture and they make the billing process so easy. Very clean environment with professional and helpful staff. I recommend them to my family and friends.
