Thank you for accomodating me for a last minute appointment. I got my nails done in the UK, but accidentally broke one whilst getting it jammed in my luggage. Had an absolutely amazing experience here. I heard so many of my friends recommending this place so I thought I should give it a try. Alina is the one who did my nail, initially we were having doubts about whether we can complete this design and after discussion we decided to give it a try. The result is absolutely fantastic, it’s exactly like I wanted and it’s so cute!!!!! Thank you Alina!! Btw the pricing is unbelievably reasonable. Decided to try yaletown nail spa for the first time and got a fresh gel set. They charged me $25 extra just for a simple design, and my nail broke days after. I went back to get it fixed and they charged me $10 to fix it despite having been there days earlier. A week later the same nail that got fixed is now lifting again. The only good thing is they look great! But over priced and they seem to rush and cut corners when it comes to the nail structure which causes them to break. I will not be returningService: Manicure

They did my nails for the first time for my wedding and I couldn’t have been happier. They knew exactly what I wanted and executed perfectly. Almost 3 weeks later and not a chip or anything. Could not recommend more!! Thanks and will be back soon for a fill!Service: Manicure

After 2 years of bouncing around to different salons I'm back! I left because I moved to the other side of city BUT frankly they're worth the steps. Shout out to Lee who doe my nails she rocks bit all the ladies are amazing too!

Everytime I get a SHELLAC pedicure here within a few days it starts to chip off.. I’m paying $85+ for a shellac pedi.. there is no reason for my gel pedicure to be coming off within a couple days - everywhere else I have had a shellac pedicure it’s lasted me over a month..Service: Pedicure

I’ve been coming here the past few months. I always get excellent service. The staff are friendly and the technicians always do a good job. They ask to see if everything is ok and don’t just go ahead and do whatever. My nails also last a long time. One picture is 5 week old nails; no chipping, peeling, or anything. The other picture is my full from today. I’m happy with my results every time I go.

Great first experience. I say that because I’ll be back next time I’m in town. Booked a last minute pedicure for two, got stuck waiting for an Uber so we were five minutes late. We weren’t given any grief and only waited a few minutes minutes before still being given seats. The service was great, the massage chairs had good options and more importantly, the pedicure left me feeling like was walking on a cloud.
