It's a hit and miss on whether you get someone good. The last four times have been a miss. It seems like the people working there haven't had any instruction on how to create good eyebrow shapes, only how to thread.

Lubna is a very good at eyelash extension and eyebrows threading and tinting. She is very friendly and patient. totally recommend her service!

Lubna is very patient technician for brow and eyelashes. She did really good job, she knows what fits you best. She also gives good advice. I've had my eyebrows and eyelash extensions done in other places but in Cleopratra brow bar with lubna is the best.
