* 60 minutes in/out every time. No bright lights, everyone looks good in orange! :) Lots of “thinking”, no time to get bored. * Data! Gives real time data so that you can tweak exactly how hard you’re working * Adjustable to different levels, even on different days. Very clear/organized — numbers on each station, directions on treadmill, screens for floor exercises * 1st day orientation super-helpful. Nice instructors!

Love everything about it from the location to the coaches to the workouts to the atmosphere! People are here to reach their goals and build up their strength. All the trainers are Amazing. Plus Fabian coaches here in this location so its a great opportunity to train in his classes, right way of training!!!

I loveeeeeee the atmosphere and employees this place! They are always pushing me to improve and constantly challenge myself. They have also become a great place for me to refer my patients to go to workout. They have all different levels for everyone: the weekend warrior, the professional athlete, the "matured folk", and people who just want to go somewhere where they can lose weight safely. Keep doing such a great job!

It's an hour of solid working out that I know I would not accomplish on my own. There's no time for lolly gagging which makes the workout very efficient.

Avoid this location. I was trying to take a trial class and the woman trainer could not have been ruder to me. I had a mixup in the location I scheduled the trial at but I am so turned off by this one person I will be looking for a different place to workout. A trainer is a person that works with you and having such a bad experience made me realize that this location does not care about YOU.
