I have successfully ordered from Wygant Floral for many occasions in the past (primarily for my fiancee at work). But ordering for this Valentine's Day has been a total disappointment. The early first week of February I ordered the Hugs and Kisses Bouquet with Red Roses in a red vase with a red & white poka-dot bow tied around the vase (T11Z100A). This order was scheduled for delivery on 09Feb15. It was delivered as scheduled however, it was not Hugs and Kisses Bouquet with Red Roses (T11Z100A). I called after delivery to inform Wygant that what was shipped was not what was ordered. My order was promptly adjusted, rescheduled for delivery 10Feb15. What was delivered today was still not at all what I ordered. In fact, what was delivered did not even have the presentation appeal and quality I have come to know and respect from Wygant.
