Karen was so sweet and helpful. She went out of her way and above and beyond. She wants everyone to be happy and is so pleasant and easy to work with.

My father always got flowers for my mom from Palace of Flowers. When he passed away in January, my sister ordered flowers for our mom. Karen always did an excellent job making the arrangements. When our mom passed six months later, Karen was very helpful and accommodating us with just the right wild flowers for her funeral. Thank you Karen for wonderful job well done.

I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because the woman who tried to resolve my issue was very nice. Except when she hung up on me when I said I wouldn't do business with them again. Which in itself is bad business. Here's why - I ordered a specific specialty bouquet which they did not have. She was honest in saying they did not have it BUT they don't even carry that bouquet! It's on their website but the website is managed by TELEFLORAL. It is NOT Palace of Flowers' website even though it says Palace of Flowers everywhere not Telefloral. Since that is the specific item I wanted, I did not wish to substitute. She then stated since everything from online orders goes through Telefloral and she would process the refund with them but it would take 2 - 3 business days to refund my card. Unacceptable business practices in my mind. If you are unable to carry the products you list on a website which you represent as your own, there should be some indication somewhere in an obvious place the website is affiliated with Telefloral and the local shop (which is what I was looking for when I placed my order) does NOT carry all of the products. And the charges should be credited back IMMEDIATELY not when it's convenient for the main business to refund the purchase. Very disappointed in the misrepresentation.

I specifically wanted to call a local florist to make for a great bouquet. I ordered a $35 bouquet w a balloon (then delivery and tax on top). The bouquet arrived and looks like a $15-20 pre-made grocery store bouquet. Sorely disappointed in the quality.

$50 for a bouquet and I could've done it better with $20 worth of grocery store flowers.
