We had Beth do the flowers for our wedding in Lakeside, Michigan. They were exactly what we were looking for and absolutely beautiful! We got many compliments on them and all of the flowers continued to last for days after the wedding.

Affordable flowers. Always a beautiful arrangement. No problems with last minute (day before) orders.

Tried calling 30 minutes before closing. It just kept ring. Figured they may be busy or hands full. Hung up, waited a couple minutes then tried again but again no answer, just ringing. One more time and again just rang and rang I hung up and double checked the number, it was the right number. Called it again, by this time it is 15 min before closing and the phone finally was picked up. However, no one answered, I only got heavy breathing and phone movement noise. I said "hello" in to the line a few time but no response so I hung up, again. I waited a few minutes figuring it was a bad connection and called back, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. That last time calling all I got was a busy signal, as of they intentionally left it off the hook with the intent to not get any calls. This is not a good way to run a business. I have ordered through this place a few times before. I was calling to see if they are open tomorrow and put in an order, but if not open on Sunday I was going to put in a order for Monday. However, this interaction (or.lack there of) felt as if I was back in the 80s or 90s and a kid playing childish phone games. Not actions one would expect from a professional business establishment. Common courtesy and professionalism of them picking up and answering the phone garners business, the experience I just had does the opposite. Now, I am not going to order from them again. If they can not be professional enough to answer the phone or when they do to actually talk then I am highly concerned about the quality or work. Especially as I am out of state.
