THANK YOU! First of all, I chose this place vs. the other option near St. Joe based on reviews. I am happy I did. The day before Valentines Day, I called in and spoke with a very helpful lady who placed my order in all of 5 minutes. She said they would be able to deliver within the hour--and they did. 100% absolutely would use Floral Arts again, I know this was a quick request but I am so happy they were able to accommodate me. Thank you to the lady I spoke with and thank you Floral Arts! Highly recommend.

Last year I ordered my corsage and my boyfriends boutonniere from here for prom, I had showed them the picture of my dress and I told them I trust them to work their magic. When I went in to pick them up the day before prom I was absolutely speechless! They were more than I expected, they were so beautiful! They did amazing job and the staff there are extremely friendly and I am definitely going back to them this year! Love love love their work!

Fast, friendly service. I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered from Floral Arts. Their flower arrangements seem to last twice as long as other places.

I placed my order over the phone. The staff was very helpful, and seemed to be on the same page with me. I had very high hopes that they would turn out just as I imagined. I was extremely disappointed by the result. The flowers weren't at all what I had envisioned. I requested an exchange over the phone, and although the employee was plainly insulted, she did acquiesce to the return. My mother ended up with a big bunch of daisies--pretty, but nowhere near the value of what I originally paid. I had such a disappointing experience that I probably won't send flowers ever again, from here or anywhere else.
