I always deal with Irene for my house insurance. She is very friendly, always remembers who I am, and knowledgeable. She does her homework to get the best rate possible. I no longer live in the area but still go back to the Dakota office even for my car insurance.  Thanks Irene!

I visited this location on Saturday May 6. When I walked in to get an estimate on how much my monthly insurance would cost, I immediately was confronted by an employee named Chantel who was very rude. She had a very bad attitude and obviously did not have any customer service abilities. She was not able to easily answer my question and did not explain the process effectively. Because of her, I will take my business elsewhere.
