Horrible customer service and error prone work, avoid this business. Their agent mistakenly applied all purpose Autopac insurance versus pleasure when transferring our insurance from our old van to a replacement van we had purchased in Nov. 2021. The instruction given was to maintain the same insurance policy for the new van from the old. The old van had pleasure as the basic insurance. We signed the multitudes of transfer, purchase and insurance forms with this understanding, but missed that they had actually changed the insurance from pleasure to all purpose. Because we paid the entire coverage upfront we were unaware that the policy had actually been changed to all purpose until receiving our policy renewal letter in the mail in early Aug., where it clearly stated all purpose. When I approached them about this error the only, and immediate, reply was that I signed the agreement, so it's my fault, period. No apology, no owning up to their mistake though I owned up to mine, yes I signed it, no discussion about how this can be made right. Simply an argument that I made the mistake. They didn't even ask me for my details so that they could look in to it and at least let the agent know about their error. This cost me ~$150 of wasted money based on the difference in value of all purpose versus pleasure for the 8 months of the incorrect insurance. If they're making this type of basic mistake for auto insurance, and not caring, than I wonder what other mistakes they are making for larger and more involved insurance matters.
The worst costumer service of my life. I went there to get my daughters ID made and it was only for 6 months then i went back to get it checked. The person there only attended us for hardly 30 seconds and said that thats how the process works. He didn't even enter the costumer info into his computer to check the problem. Afterwards i went to crossroad insurance at Dakota and there i got the help needed and they fixed the problem free of cost.
Worst customer service. Applied for MPI ID for my daughter, that came with only 6 month expiry. Went there to ask and they said it's like this. We have to make another one in next 6 months. Then went to auto pack to check and they corrected it without charges.
Very bad experience trying to renew license. There are much better services just outside of the mall where I eventually got the license renewed and who are more open minded and welcoming.
I know the other reviews are bad, but I went in shortly before closing and the guy working was super nice and got it done quickly
Very poor customer service. I'm baffled by how poor it was. After waiting forever in line, the person helping was unable to tell me what I needed to do.
